Do I need to pay for an internet package to access the Ambassador Cruise Line App?

No, the Ambassador Cruise Line app can be used for free by connecting to the ships guest Wi-Fi and logging in using Account Number and Cabin Number. You DO NOT need to purchase an internet package to use the app onboard.

Do I need an upcoming reservation to use the Ambassador Cruise Line App?

Yes, to access the app you need to have an upcoming cruise reservation.

Is the Ambassador Cruise Line App available for all ships?

Our app is available on all ships, though some features vary across different ships within the fleet.

How do I connect to ships Wi-Fi?

The easiest way is to connect to the ship Wi-Fi, is via your phone Settings once onboard. Every ship’s Wi-Fi follows the same format (ship name)_Guest. Once you’re connected, you can continue to use the mobile app or purchase or activate an internet package by going to All Aboard, then Internet and Services and Purchase Internet.

Can I manage multiple cruises in the Ambassador Cruise Line App?

Currently the only way to manage multiple cruises is by logging in to each reservation individually. There is currently no way to login and see all your cruise reservations. This is something we are working on.

Is the Ambassador Cruise Line App free to download?

Yes, the app is free to download from both Google Play and Apple App store.

Can I download the app when I’m onboard the ship?

We advise downloading the app before you travel to take advantage of checking in online and pre-registering for destination experiences to avoid missing out. If you need to download the app onboard, then this can be done for free if connected to the ships Wi-Fi but will depend on satellite connectivity which varies by region. You can also download the app while the ship is in port but please check with your mobile data provider regarding any charges that may apply.

Can I book destination experiences through the app?

Yes, Destination Experiences usually go on sales 6 to 8 weeks before departure and can be booked via the app up until 3 days before your sailing.

Can I still the access All Aboard app without the Ambassador Cruise Line App?

Yes, If you haven’t downloaded the Ambassador Cruise Line App or don’t have a smartphone then you can still access the All Aboard app when onboard via the Kiosk and Digital Signage screens around the ship or through your In Cabin TV on Ambition.

If you do have a smartphone, then we advise downloading the Ambassador Cruise Line app. Alternatively you can connect to the Guest Wi-Fi onboard and search for allaboard.me to access the All Aboard app.
